cremated because you return to the earth faster and do not rot away

Most people's preferences are based on what their families traditions always were. From a financial status, being cremated is the cheapest way. You wouldn't have to burden yourself or your family members with the hefty cost of a funeral home, burial, casket, embombing, etc. On the flip side, some people would like to have personal closure after a loved one dies or a friend dies.

As for myself I prefer burial. It just wouldn't feel right if I denied my family and friends from saying good-bye.

What about you? Do you believe in being buried or cremated? Why?

I would rather be cremated. I do not see the since in spending a lot of money on all the burial stuff. Its all going into the ground why spend so much money on it all. and theres the fact that my dead body would be taking up space and this causes cemeteries to get bigger.
Finally I cant stand the thought of people walking up to a box, and staring at my dead body..eww that's just icky!

Buried! I don't want my body burnt up when I die. I just want a little fixing up and get put 6 feet under. If my family cremates me,when I come on the other side.I'll be hunting they a$$ till they die! Piece!

Become a full body and organ donor, and you will be cremated... at no expense to the family. AND you help others live after you have died.

I don't actually care that much because once you're dead there's no difference because you won't feel anything. But some may be sentimental to people to follow their family tradition or some other reason
