You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will recover results than a long function or swim.

taking in2 account that i was healthy and happy i would never want to die. life would b too much fun, and i could c all my kids grow up and their kids grow up and their kids grow up. i coudl see all the new technology going on. i would be very wise!!! and i could pass on stories from hundreds of years previously to present generations.
if i was unhealthy and unhappy then i would want to do pretty soon. if there was no cure that is. i would say bye to everyone, eat lots of chocolate cake and die peacefully in my sleep and watch everyone from above!!
so.. if i stayed as i was at the moment i would want to live a long time because i still feel like i have a lot to do and tha tmy life hasnt really started even though im already 27. i would die mayb at 127. plenty of time to get going and experience the world!
cool question.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The item boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone of which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition in Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon in your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

I don't want to die, I want Jesus to come and get me, and that's the truth, points or not! :)
If I had to pick, though, I'd say 101. That way, my family could say I lived a good, long life and that I made it past my 100th birthday. Enough milestones at that point. Not much more to do.

So long as I continue to be sexually active, I can choose to live forever! But if that is not the case, I don't want to live to see my kids die or any of my siblings. I would rather die now than seeing such image.

You are right - it is a hard question. I would say about 85. After that it is all downhill (well, in most cases - not all). I work as a nurse in hospital, & see alot of elderly people who are doubly incontinent & unable to feed themselves. I want to die with some dignity.

Gastric Bypass Surgery/gastrectomy/lapband (all types of weight loss surgery) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges obesity surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as obesity surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your lobesity surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got her obesity surgery in India throught the forerunners healthcare .SHe is more than very happy with the results. She has lost 55lbs in 5 months. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.hope this helps
