No, that event changed Americans and the rest of the world forever. I will never be the same that I was the day before 911. The terroists asked for blood and war after that, they deserve everything we give them. I hope they all die or change their views if at all possible. Maybe torture would be better than killing them all. The dumb bastards think death gives them 72 virgins. If they know they will be tortured horribly everyday for as long as they can be made to stay alive then maybe that would put a little fear into the worthless pack of heathens. Maybe worse than 911 is that they have made so many people around the globe upset with us. Let em do something like that again so we can have a reason to make them extinct.

Like most Americans I feel like I, not so much lost anything but rather, became something I thought I could never be ,Racist. When I'm on public transportation and I see someone who looks of middle eastern descent I immediately think the worst and wish they would just get the hell out of the sub or bus. I start to pray for protection and forgiveness at the same time because I now have fear in my heart that is masked by hate. So anyone that says they feel the same is full of sh** because we are all a little more aware of who is around us now. I became pregnant a few months after and I didn't want to have my baby because I just realized that all hell can break loose in any given moment. But thankfully I had my baby and remembered just how wonderful life can also be.

I will never be the same. A lot of lives were lost that day all over the world. Can we ever be safe? I don't think so. The U.S. is a world power and yet we can not find the one person we feel is reasonable for 911. I wonder how can one person exist filled with that much hate and, anger that they can conceive of such devastation. This man if you can call him that should not be able to do that again. The U.S.is too powerful for that to happen - if the government really wanted to find him.

I will never trust the government of America after 9/11/01. I was shocked by the actual event and even more shocked to learn how the government of our country along with the Israeli Mossad orchestrated it. I had suspicions when the 4 Mossad agents dancing atop their white van pointing their camera at the towers even before the first plane hit aired on 9/12/01. They were arrested and then let go into the hands of the Israeli government. Then other people who noticed these strange pieces of evidence looked into it too. I am not saying we weren't attacked by terrorists, because we were. The terrorists were our own government and the "never blamed" Israel.

Well, no. But not just because of 9/11. I have had many things that have changed my life since that day. For one, I went from being a mother of one to a mother to two, and I now own three dogs rather than two, and I started a masters program while working full time with two kids and three dogs. Not to diminish the importance of the changes that day brought, but it is not the only thing that has happened to me since 9/10/01.
One saying I love to quote is "The only thing that will be constant in life is change".

No, america has turned into a police state since, war mongering the world, starting fires everywhere, making matters worse, increasing terrorism and instability in the middle east, and turned against its own citizens by challenging US freedom and civil rights.
I rather live free, in risk of being killed by a terrorist one day, than to live in fear and one sided propaganda in commercial media.
We can clearly conclude that wrong decisions were made, making matters worse in the world.
A war that simply can not be won because of its nature (terrorists can not go extinct.. they will arise whenever circumstances give rise to them).

I think I've become desensitized due to 9-11 that I could never feel the same way as I did the day after.
Good question though.

No. Those terrorists took something from this country that can never be returned. But then again it steeled my resolve and re-awakened a patriotism that has not faded since.
