I have completed all the puzzles and I have level three in all the technologies except medicine. I still dont know what the secret is can you help Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

all u have to do is walk around the island and study all the different plants....the lily, rose, cactus...etc.
