Definitely Venus is closest in size, only slightly smaller than Earth, which is why it is sometimes refered to as the Earth's twin. Mars is quite a bit smaller and everything else is either much smaller or much larger. The link below will give you lots of stats on all of the planets.

It is Venus, mars is much smaller. The diamter of Venus in Km is 12,104 and the diamter of earth is 12,756. Mars is around 6,000, half the size.
