No I have never felt that way but a lot of people do. If you do you need to talk to a professional.

Hi Kristen!
I used to feel that way all of the time and actually came very close to not being here at all. I spoke to my doctor about it ... she said it was depression and prescribed medication. She also suggested therapy. That was about 15 years ago. Since then I have changed meds several times to keep up with my changing self. I resisted the therapy up until about 3-1/2 years ago when I could tell that that is what I needed along with the meds. It's one of the best things I've done in my life. She helped me to realize that so many of the things in my life that were upsetting me and throwing me off track were not my fault at all and she taught me how to deal with it all. I'm now to the point that I can leave therapy. I feel like a far stronger person that has their feet planted on the ground instead of not knowing which end was up.
Kristen, find someone .. whether it be a parent, relative, friend, minister, doctor .. and talk to them about it now. If you're embarrased, go directly to a doctor or nurse. I promise you, you're far from alone ... I was amazed at how many people out there have exactly the same issue. It's not at all hopeless and although the therapy is emotional work, I absolutely enjoyed each of my sessions with my therapist and will miss her dearly as I move on.
There's a whole wonderful world out there sweetheart just waiting for you to embrace and enjoy it! Please talk to someone now ... I promise you won't regret it.
I care.

You know what I never felt that way before, but I have been around people that have committed suicide. All that I can say to you or anyone that have thought about it, or is thinking about it, is that "suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem". What keeps me going every time I hit a bump in the road is that I think where I'm at, and then think about others that are or have been in worst situation and have pulled it through. Just remember Life is Life, we are here to live it and enjoy it.

First, what NOT to do - don't cut yourself off from any friends/family. Talk to someone you know and trust and tell him/her about your feelings. Communication is the best, and maybe the ONLY, way to overcome this kind of feeling. Get counseling from a professional that you can relate to and talk with.
Remember - no matter HOW bad your life may seem at the moment, I can 100% promise you this: it will get better and you will have happiness and even joy if you stick around.
Like many others, I've been where you are now - I was lucky and managed to survive, almost despite myself. And mama mia, I'm so glad I did. You will be, too - guaranteed.

Yes, when I hate the world and feel like my life will not get any better. But then I realize that I am not that really bad off and to commit suicide would be to cop out. I can finish this to the end.

I guess if you can put it in the perspective that suicide is the selfish way out (not trying to be mean, seriously). Think of what you'd be doing to your family and those who love you. A dear friend of mine committed suicide 10 years ago and I still think "what could I have done to help him??" on a regular basis.
We all go through major pains and trials through our lives and remember that whatever you're going through will make you a stronger person. Nothing is worth taking your own life.

hi, if you are feeling that way I suggest you tell someone who is close to you. Remember that killing yourself only means that you won't be there to fix what ever it is that you are facing. Life is a challenge, but there is no problem big enough that is worth your life. Every problem has a solution, every situation can be resolved. Remember that you are worth a lot more than anyone will ever be able to explain. Don't deny the world your potential. Think of your down times, if this is the worst then it can only get better. If you've been in worst shape before, you survived that.

Yes. I just take 3 deep breaths and sit in a corner alone. With no one there and no talking or any sound. Then just think of why god sent me to earth. This of what I have done to cause this reason why i want to commit suscide. Just think of those kind of things. Then say sorry to your self for everything bad you have done. Then at midnight take a candle and keep all the lights of and say the same questions over again. Its supposed to make you feel good about your self. And it will help 100%

A women has a right to do with her body what she wants. It's no ones business. Or is it? Mostly, those feelings come from low seratonin levels, low blood sugar, and feelings of depression because of some traumatic event, or just because you have an unbalanced chemistry. My advice is to eat something, rehydrate, get some good sleep, and talk with your family or friends. This is how i deal with it. Then go see a doctor and perhaps he can prescribe something for you. Also, if you are holding grudges and hate someone for what they did to you, you must let go of it through forgiveness. Sure for them, but it's mostly for you. When you forgive, you let it go so you don't have to replay the incident over and over. Good luck kid...

I've never been suicidal before, but I've had friends that have been. You deal with it by getting help. Whatever kind of help that might be, I'll let you decide, because you're the only one that knows why you want to die, and what needs to be done so you don't. "Suicide is a permanet solution to temporary problems."

things look stark now but they will improve... many of us go through the darkest of days but if we take our lives now we won't see the blessings in store for us tomorrow. We deal with it in different ways.. I have a belief that the earth is short of good, loving, honest and worthy people.. .many of them are the ones who are constantly in pain because of the way their lives are going and the way the world is in general... because of all the pain and suffering. Now if you are one of these good people you would rob the earth of the goodness we so desperately need to exist here and allow evil to step up that much more. I know that must sound really stupid but it's all a matter of the balance of angles vs. demons. Don't let the bad side win out :)... we need loving kind hearted folk, folk who are not bigots, racists or hatefull... people who will give this world love and meaning. I don't know if this helps but I kinda started off on a tangent.. please forgive me and I hope you will feel better about life soon...
