My dress is a bright teal blue full length with two small rows of "diamonds" (clear crystals) just under the chest area. I was thinking of sliver shoes with "diamonds" (clear crystals). I need a heel I can walk in because I am going on a cruise and need shoes I can wear for a reasonable amount of time. I was thinking a 2 to 3 inch high. Thanks for your help in advanced.

Payless is always a inexpensive place to shop, but might not have the styles you are looking for.

DSW is a more expensive place but you will always find something there. The best place to shop in there is one the rows of clearance racks. They're notorious for clearances.

Wedding stores can also have a good selection but prices will vary store to store.

I love shopping in some local, small boutiques, but they do not always have a great selection or every size. The prices also can be higher than other chain stores.

payless will have comfortable and affordable shoes. you can always get a pair of white ones that they can dye for you and then you can add on some "diamonds"

What do you think of these? They are not really cheap, but they seem to be what you're looking for.

If you want something a little less pricey, just look at this link. They have a decent clearance sale going on now too.
