The Pink Panther was a Big Pink Cat who knew how to function with normal people despite the fact that he was just a big pink cat and I was wondering how he was able to get along with other people despite the fact that he was a cat and not a human being.

None of the "people" on the Pink Panther cartoon were normal! They were all short with huge noses. If real people were like any of them then there would also be pink panthers in everyday society.
