I've had to return a laptop from MESH 5 times for it to be fixed and about 30% of the time I had it it was being repaired. My experiences with MESH customer services have been truly bad.

My previous comp was a Mesh and the service was great when I ordered the PC but at the first sign of a complaint, and I hade a few, they went into hibernation. Someone needs to tell these people that good service buys commitment from customers .... alas I simply didn't want to get another PC from them ...... but I have to say that the PC was well made with excellent components in the kit. I think the problem with Mesh is that they have high flying young groundbreakers manning their phones but no one with the correct skills to handle complaints. That came across loud and clear. Sorry Mesh .... good product but lousy telephone skills ....

It's like that advert for SwiftCover.com (the one that plays at the start and end of the advert breaks during the Formula 1 on ITV)...all the staff there are chickens.

You know you have a right to complain about the service you are receiving and I'm sure if you maybe threaten to "contact my high profile media contacts" and/or "contact my Solicitor" then you'll find they might actually pay attention -- it works for me.
