I got 3 ways you could do it. You can press backspace button. You can right click then click on the word that say back. Or you can right click on the gray bar at the top and press the word standard buttons till it is checked. I prefer the last one but whatever you think is good and plz pick me.

no need for keys, place your mouse in the active window where you do not see the back button anymore and right click on the empty space and it will give you the back option or forward.. should you be talking about the main IE icons, then right click anywhere on the top task bar and check standard buttons to show it

I went into apps got here across a element referred to as function key clicked it and it poped up a window protecting Toshiba function key facilitates applications whilst pressing specific keys together with fn or something like that and that i clicked ok and then i might desire to replace my quantity and stuff without pressing FN

Right click on your toolbar and make sure "standard buttons" is checked.
Hope that helps.
p.s. If you right click on the page down near the bottom it says "backward links". Clicking on that should get you back.
