Yes I like the name Sophia. I think Sophie is a good nickname if you want it derived from Sophia. Other than that I'd have to know you personally before I could give you any other nickname.

Sophia is Greek for Wisdom and I find Sophia as a wonderful name but I am not sure if I would name my daughter Sophia if I do get married and have children.

Sophia is a nice name like the actress sophia loren.
And for the nickname i would say something like phia-phia cause it is like kind of cool and friendly.

Actually... for the idiot who said it before... Sophia doesn't really mean wisdom, but it comes from the word Sofia that in greek means wisdom. My name is Sofia so Id know :P, lol... and I think it's a gorgeous name =))..... ppl usually call me Sofi *nod nod*
