Hell no! Just because she'd black does not make her a good cantidate for president. She's for the war, she doesn't support the educational system and she sides with Bush. Do some research before you get all black power on the political issues. I'd vote for Oprah before that creepy lady.

I'd much rather see Representative Barbara Lee (D-CA) be the next president of the United States. And no, I'm not a democrat, nor am I from California. But I'm a well-informed individual who has devoted much time to checking our public servants' voting records, and so very few of them serve the public in any way, shape, or form. When they do, it takes much courage, conviction, integrity, honor, and ethics than any George Bush will ever know or show. Or any Bill Clinton. Or any Condoleezza Rice.
Sorry, but Condoleezza Rice is a huge part of the problem and only plays ostrich when it comes to solutions. She doesn't think for herself now in a lesser job. It worries me greatly who will do her thinking for her in a much greater and tougher job.
Barbara Lee is the most intelligent and courageous person in Congress right now. She is one of the few who truly cares about the common people who make up 99.9967% of this once-great Country. With her strength and courage and integrity, America can regain its pride. She is one of the few people willing to back the people and back down Corporate Greed and it's twin brother, the Offense Industry. She will put you first. And me. Always.
That is why I put her first. No, she's not running for the office, but she damned well should be.

Connie Rice, frequent commentator on the Tavis Smiley show, possibly. Her cousin Condaleeza, the Secretary of State? NO. NO. NO!

I think she might be a good president. She is certainly better than any democrat I've heard of. It would sure be a slap in the face to the democratic party if the first woman president and the first black president were a republican!

I'm not sure that she has a real desire to be president although I'm of the opinion that she would make a good one. I think it far more likely that she might be picked as the number two, vice president, on a republican ticket and from there advance to the presidency. Someone like Sen John McCain might be inclined to take her as a running mate and between the two of them I would think they would be a formidable team. Her presence on a national ticket would certainly be devastating to the democratic party.

She is probably the best black female candidate, but I wouldn't vote for her right now. She has become a "yes man". Too many times, she has covered the governments' butt rather than standing up for what is right. Very intelligent and wonderful candidate, but she has been sucked in by the system and made to comply with whatever big brother deems appropriate.

Are you high? Not because she is black...and I am a woman, too. But this woman is a liar who has an Exxon tanker named after her. Anyone but her!!! (Well, and the other Bush bandits at the helm right now). I'd vote for Oprah before Rice.

Condaleeza. Sorry about the misspelling. She would be a moderate, almost centered canidate. She would be a perfect canidate regardless of sex or race. She is not an extreme liberal or conservative. I honestly think that she represents the desires of the American people, more civil liberties (more than under Bush) but less economic guidelines (less than H Clinton or Kerry)

I do not. Condi Rice does not have what it takes to be President. I believe she is good as a member of the Cabinet or as a Presidential advisor, but she is not President material.

Black AND female president? Why don't you throw lesbian into the mix as well...
Seriously, America is far from being open-minded enough to allow this to happen. Although I do see Colin Powell getting pretty far if he tried. (Or President Palmer on 24. I'd vote for HIM)
