It's tearing up my lawn and it's pissing me off. I haven't tried anything yet but I'd like some ideas....

The way I see it, you have 3 options:

1. Kill them. There are lots of gopher poisons out there, choose one! Check your local lawn and garden center for one of these.

2. Trap them for release in the wild. Again, baits and traps may be available in your lawn and garden center.

3. Eliminate their food supply. Gophers eat grubs! As in baby Japanese beetles! Again, go to your local lawn and garden for grub killer, and apply it to your lawn. Without food, they will either die or go next door (in which event, it becomes your neighbors problem!

At any rate, you're going to end up at your local TSC or Wal Mart or something like that. To save your lawn, you have to spend some green.

I would fill the tunnels with water and drive them out. Try to catch them in a cage and set them free in the wild. Or if that is impossible shoot them !!! Before they do too much damage.

I had an opposum probably in my garage and me and two other roommates dressed up as dungeons and dragons characters and when medieval on them. Hope that helps...

You need to get a dachshund or borrow one from a friend. That will solve your problem. trust me.

try setting a couple of live traps, you can get them from a hardware store.
