First turne of system restore on all hard disks from the control panel. then update your anti-spyware (i will suggest you use Ewido) and anti-virus. restart in safe mode. now scan your PC with both the anti-virus and the anti-spyware. delete all the infected files. restart in normal mode and see how it goes. once turned back to normal, dont forget to turn your system restore on.

if your problem still exists, try to find out the type of the trojan. the symptoms will get you the name of the trojan from the web - especially troubleshooting forums. you can sign up in one of the forums ans paste your "hijackthis" log there for help.

best of luck!

you have to go into your cache or program files Quarantine the file then delete some times it will not let you because it is write protected. so you have to quarantine it take it into my documents then delete.
If add/remove programs don't work, or re-insert the disk to un-install.
some times in the files they have an un-installitation program in the file its self have you checked there?

There is an installer program somewhere...most likely your start up folder. You need to find it and get rid of it.
