U can say that every internet user has a website. Internet is internationally used so there's no possible way through which we can track the number of websites on it. Every website has various pages attached to it.

I think since websites are continuously appearing and disappearing, there's no reason to keep count. Thing only thing is that you can use the Internet to answer questions, learn something, and teach something. Everything else, I believe, is irrelevant.
