I have mental health issues and migrains and insomnia. I have a hearing coming up for social security disability. I am very nervous and I would like to know what goes on at the hearing and how I can win. I am not a fake I truley need the SSDI. I do have a lawyer.

do everything you can to recreate a list of days you had to get medical treatment & why, what you were unable to do ( when) what you have tried to do to recover ability.

So that you can show an ongoing or worsening situation.

I've always heard that if you go to court and start acting crazy as hell, screaming and yelling and falling down all over the place you will get SSI, but I don't know. I went to nursing school instead.

have a lawyer and a doctor present with you the doctor will help a great deal that way you will have proof with the doc.

get a lawyer, most times you will not have to be interviewed by the judge.
