Hell yeah something should be said. This is probably a hard thing but a true friend would say something no matter what the out come is.

of course he should be told. How would you like it if your spouse was cheating on you and your best friend didnt tell you? that could very well ruin your friendship if you dont tell him. She is the tramp that is cheating, so you arent gonna be responsible

he definitely deserves to know. I had some close friends of mine tell me when a girlfriend of mine was cheating on me, they are still to this day, after 28 years, my very best friends.
