im planning on having a sweet 16 polka dot (pink and white) party and i cant find any websites with supplies that im looking for so if anyoune knows where i can find this please help me - and if you think that polka dots is lame for a girl please suggest something- this party is only for the family im throwing a black light party with friends later on- please help

Design your own supplies. Buy white bags and paint pink dots on them. Put candles inside for that glowing effect. Paint dots on a white tablecloth. You picked an easy theme.....so you can go crazy with the pink polka dots

Wal*Mart man. Target, and if you have one near you...Party City. They always have like really awesome party supplies and if you can't find the polka dot thing, then I'm sure that they will have something else thats really cute/cool.

Try a craft store in your area, and also check out Oriental Trading Company (www.orientaltrading.com). They usually have all kinds of ides for parties.
Something cool may also be a luau or a mardi gras theme.

You could hope to get lucky tht it snows and have fun in the snow and drink hot chocolate. Or you could do a summer party in December at an indoor pool somewhere. Happy Birthday in advance!
