I like the fact that they allow my legs to breath. I also LOVE high heels, which can look stupid with pants. I also like crazy tights and socks, which you can't show off with pants. You can wear a skirt and look sexy without being too slutty. Pencil skirts give me an excellent shape!
I think it's more fun to accessorize with skirts. I suppose this is because them seem more feminine to me than pants or shorts.

I like the ones with the little slits on the side or ruffles in the bottom (knee high) they make u look sexy without looking slutty.
