I' m thinking Detroit takes Boston and NYY beats Anahiem, Tigers make the Series.
In the NL St. louis takes Arizona and the Mets take the Dodgers. Mets make the series.
Mets win in seven.
P.S. My team is the Red Sox and if they had gotten Clemens I think The Sox would have won it all.

I'm revising my predictions a bit from what they were on Opening Day (certainly not many predicted Detroit to be where they are):
AL East - New York
AL Central - Detroit
AL West - Oakland
Wild Card - Chicago
Detroit beats Oakland. New York beats Chicago. New York represents the AL in the World Series.
NL East - New York
NL Central - St. Louis Cardinals
NL West - Los Angeles
Wild Card - Houston
New York beats Houston. St. Louis beats Los Angeles. New York beats St. Louis. New York represents the NL in the World Series.
Yankees beat the Mets 4 - 1 to win the World Series.
