you can actually get upvc cleaner designed for windows and doors, i know cos my mum bought some in the supermarket and i ended up cleaning the tops cos she couldnt reach, i just read the bottle an its owened by pob homecare and made by darcy industries limited but im pretty sure youl find another brand in the supermarket works a treat effortless cleaning (if you cant find that ask for some L bow greece ha ha)

if they're really scummy ,vinegar in ya water-bucket 1cup per gallon water the good old malt stuff it works wonders, and on the glass makes cleaning windows loads easier,the newspapers very good one to on the glass.

solvent cleaner, specifically for upvc products (windows,fascias etc ) available from upvc suppliers everywhere at about a fiver a bottle

i find using dry screwed up newspaper i know it sounds funny but it does the job, also white vinegar a little washing up liquid and warm water also does the trick too.
