well, some girls have more of a hymen than others, and some lose theirs from using tampons, dildos, or bike-riding, playing sports, etc. Some just naturally don't have one. And some have a pretty serious one that hurts a lot the first time, and maybe a few times after. So it's different for each girl. There's only one way to find out!

And regardless of what anyone says, go to church the following weekend and give 5 hail mary's (10 if you ***) and you shouldn't go to hell. Bonus points for if you bag a priest.

It doesn't hurt everybody their first time. This is a very individual thing. However, there can be emotional and psychological pain if you are not really ready and in a committed relationship!!! Tampons do not really do anything about this issue, or any discomfort you might feel. If you choose to do it, be sure you go slowly, are very aroused first, and use a good lubricant. DON'T use Vaseline! Use a water-based lubricant like KY. Waiting till you are plenty older has the added benefit of the hymen being almost fully gone. In the majority of women, this gradually begins to dissipate as they age.

I was twenty-one and it hurt like hell. He could not get through until we had sex for a while, (a few weeks). It was so painful and he used Vaseline and went very slow. We had to give up many times because it was too painful. One day I said just do it (get through) and he did. Blood was every where and he was happy after-wards. I didn't start to enjoy myself until a few months after. Make sure you use protection what ever you do. The best sex is safe sex. The sex you can walk away from knowing you have no diseases or babies. Get married before engaging in any sexual activities. God would want it that way.

I'ts still gonna hurt some even if you use tampons. But the best advice I can give you is to know that you're with a partner you love and love's you too. They have to be a caring and considerate person to be gentle.
