The motivation to get a tattoo symbolizing the pain and suffering you may have already endured, a little tattoo of the cancer ribbon won't hurt a bit. Have you ever taken a pen and drawn on one spot of your hand over and over again til it goes sorta numb? It's something like that, but it's so many tiny pokes a second, there's no real pain to it. Some parts of your body are more tender than other parts. Yes, getting inked on a bone, or like your underarm, chest, spine, feet, they may hurt more, but you've been through 2 different types of cancer, which is definately more pain than this tattoo. I have various tattoos all over my body, and within the next couple of months I am getting a full sleeve done.
The worst pain about getting a tattoo is the weeks afterward - as it heals it will ITCH like CRAZY! but don't scratch it. Tap or smack it to kill the itchiness. Using A&D ointment or another tattoo cream will help kill the itching. If you take a painkiller or drink before you get a tattoo, you may bleed more since your blood is thinner, so unless you're not scared of your own blood, I wouldn't advise it.

Assuming what's written is reality - the predicament must be taken critically. If allowed to head extra and somethning 'unwanted' occurs, the household will probably be damaged and you are going to remorse constantly to to not have taken the predicament heads on in well time. The choices are: Confide together with your mom and notice her response, if she sympathises with you [She must] then allow her manage it in her mature approach. If the reaction is bloodless from her - confront your dad however in her presence [Certainly now not while you're by myself with him]. If the household can find the money for it - you may also choose to head for experiences in a hostel. Things will much more likely quiet down by the point you go back for the period of holidays. Hope matters end up well for you. God bless.

Yes, it will hurt. From people I know who got them, it especially hurts more if you get a tattoo over a bone than a fleshy part of the skin. However, bring a friend or two with you for support and take a painkiller beforehand to help out with the pain.

NOOOO

of course it will not hurt

the question does

but hey no joke, think VERY carefully and sleep over the problem before you answer if you really really want to go through the pain, the potential infection, the fact that once you have a tattoo its almost impossible to get rid off ,

you don't need a tattoo to be yourself, God loves you anyway

Does it hurt? No pain, no gain.

* #1: Obviously the genitals are the most painful location for a tattoo

* #2: Your sternum, ribs, hands, and feet are very sensitive.

* #3: Ankles, lower back, neck, under arm, around the groin area, and head.

* #4: The least sensitive areas, and generally most popular for that reason, are your upper arms or forearms, calves, shoulder blade, outer thigh, and bottom.

You survived cancer! a tattoo should be walk in park compared to the cancer cure.
I would think you would want it where people could see it if you wanted them to, that way they would know you over came cancer.
do your research, on the tattoo artist, and make sure the art is the way you want it, because it last a life time.

I personally have two tattoos. The guy I go to told me this the first time I went, and i think it explains tattoos perfectly.

"Tattoos are earned."

Ultimately tattoos do hurt, but just think about once the needle stops, the pain does too. Its temporary pain for a lifetime of a beautiful memory.

unless you're really bony down there, i think it wouldnt hurt as much. Remember, women have higher pain levels than men. But im really sorry about the cancer! I feel really bad. But I LOVE the tattoo idea

Anything near bone hurts. The worst place to get a tatoo though is on your lower chest/stomach area.

If you can handle a little pain, it shouldn't be bad.
