ya i have an ipod nano, but my friends all have minis. a lot of minis do that. all of my friends that have warranties are sending them back and getting nanos. i guess theres no easy way to fix it, because they called the ipod people. i hope i helped. ttyl

Umm. why even have an ipod? ipods are the worse kind of mp3 players out there. People just get them because it is the conformist thing to do. Next time, before you invest into a crappy mp3 player, please do some research.

instead of spending all that money on an iPod why not just buy a cheap mp3 player.

try 2 things. first make sure the hold switch duz not show orange (located on top). if that duznt work, hold menu and select until the apple symbol appears.

pull the power let the screen die the power it up again if that dosnt work bring it back to whre u bought it and tell em its broken they should replace it if u have the resite
