ok welll im realli short! im only 4'9 100 lbs n im 16 years old! im a gurl n its really hard to find cute clothes in my size~can sumone help me out! i want really cute clothes! i like preppy clothes! id really appreciate it if u can help me find cute clothes that fit nicely n are not too expensive! thanks in advance!

Have you tried Limited Too? I had a girlfriend in high school that was very short and small, and could find basic tees and cute, lively tops from that store, so give it a try.
Also, Express and Old Navy carry XXS sizes, so their clothing should fit you as well. American Eagle and Gap also carry XS sizes, but watch out for Gap, as I think their clothes run a little large.
Don't be afraid of trying to children's section of department stores and other preppy shops for their selection. Not only does it sound more likely to fit you, but it will also be inexpensive. One good example is Ralph Lauren/Polo. You can get polos for, like, under $30.00 in children's department!

The perfect place for cute trendy clothes is The Limited Too. Most of their clothing is made for teenagers froom sizes 4-18 preteen. They also offer 1/2 sizes.

Don't be discouraged if pants are too long or even shirts. Find a great tailor to help you customize clothes you like.

probably in a petite shop but those are usually pricey. Have you tried the young girls department? you can find nice stuff at good prices at stores like TARGET in the girls dpt. Good luck
