Most of the time stuff rolls off my back, but "that time of the month" it takes nothing to get on my nerves. Then it seems like once I lose my patience once it's gone forever.

You could have PMD. (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) There are medications to help that you can take at your troubling times. Please ask your doctor about the possibility of PMD, and what they think may be right for you.

Talk with your gynecologist. Maybe he/she can give you something to help your through those times.

patience and self control are learned....and come with age.....at least it did with me.......im 38 and i'm just starting to learn both........good luck with that
