A lot, if you're buying the tank they need to live in, and the food they need to eat. Plus you'll need a lightbulb attatched to the tank because they need a hot environment. I suggest going to a legitamite pet shop such as PetSmart or Petco, and check turtles there.

This depends on what kinds of turtles you want. To set up a small, proper aquarium would probably cost $100 - $200 dollars. Check with your local pet store.

It depends. Usually about $12-14 They grow to be about 10-12 inches long so make sure you have a big tank. They need lots of heating too and a water dish. Always wash your hands before and after handling it to prevent yourself from getting Salmonella.
