The problem is that apartments and single family houses are advertised on the same sites. Real estate companies often handle the rental of single family homes for absentee landlords and do not often rent apartments. To the best of my knowledge, there are no sites that just handle the rental of single family homes. Sift through these sites and you should find many choices.
