In pernicious anemia, your stomach cells do not secrete adequate Intrinsic Factor (IF) to transport Vit. B12 from digested red meat into your intestine blood vessels. So, your body lacks Vit. B12 and you must take shots of Vit B12 so that your red blood cells (RBCs) can be formed to carry oxygen to bodily tissues. Without Oxygen your bodily cells, you have a lack of oxidation process that is needed for energy formation (that's why you are tired!!). You can try taking sublingual (under tongue) Vit. B12 and see. May be eat more red meat if you are a vegeterian. I don't think that you can buy Vit B12 on the Web for self injections. Best wishes.

The doses of B12 for pernicious anemia are so small...even if you could buy it on the internet, it's not a good idea to self medicate. You might wind up overdosing. Just talk to your doctor and explain that you are still feeling tired. He probably will be able to increase your dosage or frequency of injections.

NO! Please don't try to buy injections on the web. You have no idea what you might get that way. If you're exhausted a fortnight after your monthly injection, talk to your doctor about it. Maybe there's something more going on, besides the pernicious anemia.

Good luck.

specific, i've got had loads of reviews like this, the place I in basic terms felt a 2d of awe related to the universe, or had another deep philosophical theory. and that i felt that non violent feeling afterwards. Theism is hardly ever the only thank you to have such reviews. speaking as an atheist, i can not say that I proportion the knee-jerk reaction of maximum different atheists who seem to think of that a subjective adventure can not be "valid". reminds me of a quote from George Carlin (an extremely open atheist) that I heard in an NPR interview: "a while in the past I discovered by some examining that i will’t bear in mind now that, if it’s genuine that we’re all from the middle of a action picture star, each and everything atom in each and each human beings from the middle of a action picture star, then we’re all from the same factor, or maybe a coke device or a cigarette butt on the line in Buffalo are produced from atoms that got here from a action picture star. They’ve all been recycled thousands of cases as have you ever and that i. So, if this is genuine, and that i'm everywhere in the universe, in an prolonged experience, and for this reason, it’s in basic terms me out here, so what's there to be fearful of? what's there that desires solace-searching for? not something. There’s not something to be fearful of, because of fact it’s all us. So, I in basic terms have that as a backdrop, and that i don’t could desire to bypass to it or think of of it consciously. I’ve form of huge-unfold the thought I’m completely secure and that existence, nature, have waves and troughs, united statesand downs, left and precise, black and white, night and day, fall and wintry climate, advantageous and unfavourable. each and everything has an opposite. If I definitely have a undesirable time, I’ll have a powerful time coming. If it’s a powerful time, I’m arranged to have a undesirable time to form of pay for it. So, not something particularly upsets me."
