ha, fancy joke.
anger management just makes the cows angrier... thus more dangerous.
a few angry cows could easily arouse the riot effect and a whole stampede of angry cows across the US just sounds downright scary. That stampede would eventually communicate and spread the rage to herds across the nation and the Heifer against Human Wars (known as HHW) would start.... who knows what the outcome would be!
Only the Vegans would be safe.

Ever think Ronald McDonald is the one making them so angry. He anally electrocutes them to preserve their favor. Sure, he looks nice and happy playing with children, with his white make up, silly clothes, and eccentric personality... but they used to say that about Michael Jackson too. Coincidence? No. Remember the McJackson Burger? No? Well, it was a 45 year old piece of meat in between 2 ten year old buns.

Their beef with us is that there are oxen in the management panel who ought to be replaced by silly, old cows !!!
