Everyone is different Most misscarriages happen at around the 6 to 9 week time period. Mine No cramps at all just went to the washroom and what I thought was a large blood clot came out. Picked it out of the toilet and it was a little sac with blood in it. Wait it out and see. There is nothing they can do to stop the misscarriage this early. If you start to bleed allot I mean alot more than an normal period. If it does not stop Than go see the doctor.

Definitely call your doctor... at this time of day if they can't get you in...you should even go to the ER!
I miscarried a year and a half ago, I had cramps all day long... and I could barely walk... when I got home I started bleeding! I went to the docs and they said my cervix was closed, and that I should lay in bed! Well the next day I had the actual miscarriage...
The first 12 weeks of pregnancy is the optimum time for a miscarriage to occur! So since you are only 7 weeks It could seriously be a miscarriage. Remember 75% of miscarriages are due to genetic defects, so nature is just doing its job!
On the other hand I do know that some women have bled while being pregnant and have carried to full term with a healthy baby!
So YES call the doc ASAP... they will do a vaginal palpation, blood tests (to see your hormone level) and advise you what to do!!!

Call your doctor and I hope it turns out to be nothing.
However, I had a "missed" miscarriage in January '05 (the fetus died but wasn't expelled immediatly) that began the way you're describing. I should have been 10 weeks pregnant. My doctor ordered a sonogram that showed that the baby was a) only the size of a 7-8 week old fetus and b) dead. The cramps, etc. came the next day. And they weren't unbearable although they were pretty bad. The bleeding was VERY heavy.

Call your doctor or go to the ER.
From my experience (two miscarriages in the last 8 months), I had very light cramping & was only spotting, but then it started to get heavier & the next day is when the pain came. You need to see a doctor ASAP to make sure if you are having a miscarriage that you dont' need a DNC or if it will just pass on it's on. Also if you are miscarrying, get some pain meds cause it's going to hurt like hell for the next few days.

You need to call your doctors office and tell them how you feeling and whats going on they should be the ones to let you know if you should come in or not. I had lite bleeding when I was pregnant then as the day went on it got heavier with stronger it cramps. It turned out to be that I was having a miscarriage.

That is how my miscarriage started, the cramps got worse and the bleeding heavier. I ended up going to the ER the next day, they did some blood tests and an intravaginal ultrasound because I was only 71/2 weeks along. They found and egg sac, but no heart beat. Ended up miscarrying the next day.

I would definitely call. I have heard of little bleeding and light cramping ending in a miscarriage, but I have also heard of it in someone who had a healthy pregnancy. I woudn't wait, definitely call and tell them your symptoms. Since you are so early, they will probably give you an HCG test to test your #s, and then you will have to go in again in about 2 days to see if your #s are getting higher (which equals a healthy pregnancy). Good luck and sending you sticky baby vibes!!!

It is possible that your body is starting to miscarry. You should call your doctor. Most bleeding is abnormal unless there is something you and your doctor have already discussed. If your body does abort the bleeding will become heavier and you will notice alot of blood clots and clumping.

Every pregnancy has a different definition of "normal", honestly I think you should call your doctor, or go to a hospital, it's better to be safe about it, and have a proper understanding about whats going on with your body by a professional, and it will ease your mind as well!. Congrats! and Good Luck! Keep me posted!

Call your doctor immediatly! It does not mean 100% that you are having a miscarriage, but it does put you at a way higher risk to miscarry.
beyond calling your doctor, lay down and put your feet up.
I am sure that your doctor will want to examine you today just to check up on things.
