I heard on here a 12 year old boy saying a 14 years old touching him

and he wanted to know how to grab a girl

thats sooooo young

what do you think is the proper age for dating each other

I think its may be 17 but I still think thats young , to have a proper relationship is may by like 25 because to achieve things in life is so much important and to realise what person you want to become

I f I totally went head on with my feelings and ignored college and went for a so called boy I totally fell in love with , I would have achieved nothing , at the end he wasnt good for me, and thank god I concentrated on my life , got experience knew the world a bit,

otherwise I would have ruin my future,

see what im saying life is important , we have to at times solely commit oursevlves to achieve a proper life.

any way thats what I think

When I was going up I knew a 9 year old girl who was sexually active, this is disgusting. I am with you that relationships shouldn't really start until you reach 17 and you should never consider settling down until at least 25 if not older. However sweet little high school romances are cool if it is just kissing.

Children are definitely getting corrupted earlier and earlier. I am not bad looking or a dork or anything, but I chose not to date until college. I had my first real kiss at age 18 with the guy I'm still with. That's the way stable relationships are built, on stable, mature minds that have developed enough. That's why there are so many bad kids running around... People are more and more falling in lust than in love, and it's rubbing off on the very young children. It's a shame.

i know! sometimes I'm so shocked by the actions of these young teens and even "pre teens". and the way they dress... it's like they're trying to be so much older than they really are

i didn't start dating until i was in about 10th grade and am thankful for it. i don't know where i'd be if i got soo caught up in relationships and sex

i blame this on two things:

1. parents don't have the time anymore to devote to their kids to be able to really be a good influence on them...this lack of time i blame on society (we are pressured to work work work, buy nice things, live in nice homes, have nice cars...but this requires money and most families nowadays need TWO incomes just to get by). So while parents are away working 40 to 60 hrs a week, kids have ample time to get into things that they should be

and...

2. media, media, media! Sex, drugs, high fashion, big homes, fancy cars, jewellry, promiscuity are all glamorized. and when a kid doesn't have a parent to look up to for direction and fullfillment, they look to other sources such as celebrities, movie stars, mucisians, actors, etc.

it's sad but i agree with you completely!!

17 still to young? I don't, just because you have a boyfriend at that age doesn't mean you ignore everything else. I don't know where your from, but in the UK the age of consent is 16. I personally think to have sex, especiallly your first time. I know people younger than that do have sex. But, I think it depends more on the maturity of the person.

I was sexually aware and 'quite active' from the age of about 7. I don't know if that's good or bad it just 'was'. I certainly didnt think about relationships - I didnt really know what one was all about until I was about 20!

at the age of 12 and 14.. to have a realtionship is all just fun.
most of the relationships are just probably crushes and just liking another person because of their external shell.
