I got one and I do not have any idea where it will be usable.

i think you can use them on the shack on the varrock side of barbarian village river..but it might be member only

it doesnt work where dmitri1993 said it does, you need the brass key for that. I dont think its even for anything, but i know that you can sell it at the general store for like 90k
