i went a few years back, its quite pricey, if your going to go try and pick a quiet period when the children have just gone back to school. They have a lot of demonstrations at the castle at busy times you dont get to see many of these plus you end up queueing for ages to get to the tower and dungeons. Enjoy.

Yes. Go. You won't find a better preserved Castle. You'll kick yourself if you pass it up.

yeah....went a few weeks ago and had a great time. buy your ticket at a tourist information centre and its a fiver cheaper
