dramamine, chamomille or mint tea, sometimes earplugs work if the cabin pressure is wrong. the flight before my last had pressure issues and more than 60 people got sick during descent and landing. the woman next to me suggested the earplug idea but i've never needed to try it yet.

Dramamine or Benadryl. They will make you sleepy so you will sleep through the flight.
