The particular anchor that I am looking for is made of flat spring steel, folded to look like a "T". Can somebody help me with a name or manufacturer? I thought that I had purchased them at either Ace Hardware, or True Value, but they no longer carry them.

Toggle Bolts and are available at most hardware stores, try Lowes or Home Depot, they will have all different types available.
