In the 80's as a kid I remember watching a show where a kid had a monster or something in his closet...something like that, but I know there was something in someone's closet??...Anyone??

Twilight Zone. Rod Serling was terrific in the sci-fi genre. Dark Shadows was a soap opera about vampires long before Buffy and Angel came along. It came on in the afternoons and my kids would rush home to watch it.

Definitely Twilight Zone - a few times a year the SciFi channel will run a marathon of episodes. They're so cool!

Both shows, also another Rod Serling show on in the 70's was Night Gallery, much like that show Nightmares & Dreamscapes thats on now.
