You have done more than can reasonably be expected. He has chosen not to receive the game. When Royal Mail cannot get an answer they leave a form called a P739. This gives the recipient several options to collect or have the item re-delivered at a convenient day. Therefore he is responsible for not receiving the game, not you. The police would laugh him out of the station, so don't worry about that. If the game comes back again tell him that you will only re-send if he pays for postage and if he wants a refund make sure you deduct all the extra costs you have spent.

PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods.
It is now a part of the online auction website eBay.
