Hey ppl... Well, for a while I've been thinking on getting an ipod nano. I think its cool and I love to listen to music. But,as you all know, school is coming up and I do need necessities for school and clothes etc etc. Should I get the ipod and maybe have somebody else buy my school s*** ot get the school stuff myself???

You need the school stuff in like a week or two depending on where you live. You don't need an ipod. School stuff will remain about the same price. The ipod decreases in value as time goes by. Do whatever you feel is best.

It depends on what you really want and need. You will definitely need school supplies...notebooks,writing utensils,calculators,etc but I am sure you could live without new school clothes if you want the ipod bad enough.
If I really wanted the ipod I would bargain shop for school supplies(get the cheapest stuff you can find) and hold off on the clothes until a later time.

If you're under 18 then I say have your parents buy the school stuff, and you get your nano.
If you're over 18, then I suggest you buy your school stuff, and put the nano on hold for now.

get your ipod, and if you have some left use it to buy the rest. Unless your family is in a tight situation, and can't afford to buy you some stuff, in which case you should forget the ipod and buy your own clothes.

get the school stuff and wait till christmas, prices go down and more sales on electronic stores come during the holidays. for now just listen to CDs or the computer because school is more important.

I guess if you're old enough to buy an ipod you're old enough to understand responsibility. So, maybe you should think about being responsible and buy your own school stuff.

You should buy your school stuff first. School will get you the job that pays good and then you can buy all your toys later!!

get ipod first becoz music is your life, i knew it.
im not being sarcastic, you can listen to your ipod while in school class while your boring teacher/s are complaining or etc.
