I would imagine, a hankerchief, a lipstick, some mints, or it could just be something for her to have as a comfort thing. What woman doesn't feel better with her purse? And the Queen is a normal woman, a real person, in spite of her royal status as Queen of England.

She carries a brick in her purse and uses her purse to hit people who don't get out of her way or who she dislikes.

I checked out Daniel L's links. According to the second one the queen does carry money. Whenever she goes to church she puts some in the collection plate. Thanks Daniel L. Oh yeah the part about the knives was really good but I'm not going to tell. If you want to know you have to look it up yourself.

I suspect that she might carry some pretty mundane things in her handbag like her makeup, tissues, money and such. I wouldn't be at all surprised if she had a few dog treats in her bag too, for her canine companions.

What do women generally carry in their handbags? I don't see why Royalty shouldn't carry personal stuff around like any other woman.

A flask of whiskey or vodka. She probably takes a swig before getting into the car. And then she puts it in her bag. And then she sneaks a swig every now and then, making sure no one is looking.

Hey, that's a good question, lol.
Maybe just old lady sh*t, like a plastic bag to put over her head when it rains, old candy, and I don't know....probably just useless crap or completely empty.
