Ooh...that can go both ways. Really easily.
Two big factors:
a - size of the girl and how close to your preferences she is; after all: some like 'em big, some like 'em small, some like 'em medium, and some like 'em all
b - where you're seeing it. The thong showing out of the top of the skirt or jeans is *not* sexy! However, when you're with your girl, and she's undressing (for bed, or just changing clothes), seeing only a little bitty thing, with her bum right there - very sexy!
If the thong falls in the favorable side of the above criteria, then I think they're quite sexy.

I prefer to wear the lacy pantie shorts
i think they look way more sexy and they are more comfortable as well
they are the new and improved sexy wear to have
i think that a thong is tacky and they don't give no support and they look disgusting on most women
but with a pantie shorts don't matter if there are lacy or cotton they fit well and look good on mostly anyone once they find the right size
you should get a size under your usually size for it to cut with a sexiness to it

Being a guy I consider a thong sexy on two conditions. Who is wearing it with what and what type of shape that person is in. I''m totally into girls wearing sexy underwear, not the granny panties.

a thong is considered sexy but it really depends on ppl well im not trying to be mean but i mean if you have the body then yes it will look sexy or even it depends if the guy likes thongs ....but yes thongs r sexy actually i do wear them tho but i mean it depends

Only when a woman is wearing them! When you are holding them in you hand and showing them to a guy then the are beautiful! What color is the thong that you have on right now? LOL

lol, people are stupid. what about a thong isn't sexy? ok, not on someone ugly, but thats not the point, cuz they're not sexy to begin with. uumm, would a dude rather see a girl crawling toward him in granny panties saggin down like she doo dooed or something like a thong? its not very hot to wear underwear where it bunches up in ur pants. no its not sexy when a thong is hanging out of a girls pants, but they're not intended to hang out of ur pants ne ways, so... i dont know.

in a recent poll done on british men, they found that lacy shorts/french knickers were more popular and sexy. y'know the little boy-shorts, but the more feminine versions with lace? plus they're a helluva lot more comfortable! although thongs can be more practical if you're wearing light trousers or tight ones. i definitely prefer the lacy shorts on myself.

personally, a piece of string stuck up a butt crack is not sexy. i hate wedgies, so why would i want to wear one for 10+ hours? and another thing, to those that dont know how to whipe good down there, thats just a nasty thought towards that poor piece of underwear. and to the girls that are waaaayyyy over weight and still show their thong string, thats just fregging nasty. im going to quit there cause im still trying to eat.
