I live on the Gulf of Mexico. Swimming with sharks is a daily activity. All sharks are not harmful. You just have to use common sense and be careful.

Yes. Statistically, you have a higher chance of being struck by lightning than by being attacked by a shark. To the vast majority of sharks, you are not on the menu. Statistically, you are far more likely to be injured in an auto accident driving to the beach.

People from Florida tend to be a lil ignorant and arrogant, don't they? I'm not swimming with the sharks. I just go to the beach to get laid. I haven't even swimmed in the ocean once. I'm just fine in my pool, thank you.

Oh yeah! Sharks are awesome. And an attack is highly unlikely. You are more likely to be killed by falling coconut than a shark. I think sharks are way cool. I'm actually more afraid of the water itself!

If you spend your time scared of sharks when you go swimming, you might as well be thinking about a razor blade in your ice cream. It could happen, yep, but it probably will not.

All the time, baby. You use common sense, but the fact is, they are out there...just out of your view. But I'm a Floridian. And living in Florida and not going to the beach would be like renting a movie and not watching it.
