My 14 yr old gets TeenVogue and Seventeen. I want something that's a little more girlish for my baby girl. She wants to be a big girl like her sister but those 3 years are crucial years. I don't want her to become engrossed in things that she really wouldn't be thinking about otherwise.

Simply terrific! All content is suitable for young, pre-mature and mature girls. The articles really portray what life as a girl is truly like. Not only does this magazine give great advice on daily-life situations, it also keeps you updated on the latest music, movies, and books. I was very satisfied with the topics of discussion in Girls' Life, and I believe that any girl from the ages of 8 to 14 (in general, ages may vary) will enjoy reading this info-filled magazine.

I would recommend Girls' Life Magazine for an eleven year old because the content isn't too mature or extreme. And i think American Girl is good too.

GL is a good magazine for younger girls. It still has entertainment and beauty and stuff like that..but is aimed toward younger girls. It is a lot like magazines like Seventeen and Teen Vogue...it is just adapted to younger girls' interests.

It's normal for people to masturbate! Masturbating is the best of way of knowing your body, getting to be comfortable with yourself, and just taking care of your sexual needs(if any).

Don't they still make Barbie magazine? Try that one, or Young Miss.
