She was probley told by her parents not to give out her number to boys, but she likes you and wants you to call her but not to upset her parents she told you no but then the next day said yes here it is. that just shows she is respectful of her parents but also wants to get to know you better don't call her too much when you do make it count don't just sit there breathing into the phone ask questions and talk about things she likes too ok have fun and be careful i'm sure she has a DAD and they don't like boys calling their lil girls
