Hell no he wasn't the best. 2Pac is by far the greatest rapper ever.

I beleive 2pac was better
he had better songs better rythem and better lyrics. He is also real unlike Biggie who comes from a rich family who tries to be a thug. Pac actually lived the struggle and had better music. I think you do have to die to have your music elevate. For example, 2pac has had more albums come out after his death than when he was alive. It grabs the attention of more people and becomes more popular.

2pac was the greatest rapper that ever touched the mic by far hands down!
as for biggie he made too many wack songs, well at least most of em, the only good album he cam out with was ready to die, after that his music was pretty much wack!!!

No Tupac was the best hands down, I think sometimes people's status' do go up because they die, but not all the time.

biggy was great but definitely not the greatest rapper that ever lived. our society naturally take things forgranted. although, we recognized the greats of anything, we as a community alter their talents and abilities after they pass away, because it is than that we realize that there will be no one exactly like him again. we finally see what makes them rare, when it is too late.

biggie is 4th on my list after pac Jayz and Nas
but part of the reason is only becuse so many people give him that title
a lot of songs he had I didn't like that much
I don't kno if its just becase he is dead that they say this
but now that him and Pac are dead ppl realize that they were b4 thier time

yeah sales go up on your records if you die. cause it'd be the last. yeah i think people are nice just because blah blah died so they say oh la la la the best. but we wont ever know.
