Im 14 and 5'8 and im able to grab rim should i be able to dunk later on when i grow more?

Yes you can at 5'8 if you can grab a 10 foot rin then yes you will be able to dunk. Just keep doing what your doing. I'm 15 and 6 feet and I just learned to touch the rim (But I just started working out about 3 months ago) But just keep trying and you'll get there. Do sqauts and Calf rises.

yea man just keep on jumpin at that age thats when you're hop is start to developing and your body is lighter. just keep jumping so ur legs get use to jumping, go swimming, run up stair or hills and do leg press and believe it or no tsit up do help on ur hops. cuz i start grabbing the rim when i was 12 years old i was 5'5 at that time and when i got to age 16 i was 5'8 i was able to dunk wit ha volley ball and now at age 20 standing at 5'10 my body is heavier but my legs is use to jumpin i can get up much higher i can do a 360 dunk on a 10 feet rim forget what all them hater have to say cuz their *** can't get that high

u cant touch rim on a 10 foot rim ur probly can touch rim on a 9 foot that is most schools have and u wont be able to dunk if u only can touch the 9 foot rim

i'm 5 ft 5 and would truthfully touch the rim with 2 palms. One, prepare the nicely suited set of muscle for leaping. 2, at 6"3, perfect weight must be around 80 5-90kg. 3, did you totally use your larger physique potential to swing you upward? 4, are you guy or woman who're very sporty in view that youthful, if no longer, you're no longer genetically athlete.

You're only 14 and should get a decent growth spurt before you stop growing. In the meantime. Work out with your legs and calves. Do leg curls, squats and leg presses. Be careful start off with a trainer if possible, you could hurt yourself lifting wrong at your age.

if he could hit rim on a shorter 1 and slamdunk why cant he on an nba if he can touch rim net is the same

what are u talking about, ur 14 years old, you are 5,8 which isnt that tall but um what r u talking about? r u talking about an NBA hoop or like a shorter one? if its a shorter one than yes, but if ur talking about an nba one than probably no.
