i might have to have it and i will be really upset if they do
i heard they only shave one spot is that true?

I'm guessing they shave it a little bit where the spot is but look at ashley she has long curly hair and she had brain surgery

it depends on what type you need to have. Most likely the nurses will have to shave part of your head because if they don't you can get an infection because of the hair getting into the surgery site. Talk with your doctor and they can tell you more about what they will need to do. Good Luck

It probably depends on what type of brain surgery is being performed.
One of my closest friends recently had brain surgery because of injuries sustained in a car accident.
She was extremely upset because she had very long, beautiful hair, and before the surgery a nurse came in and shaved her head totally bald.

I had 5 brain surgeries on my and they shaved my whole head.I want to shave it just to see the scares how they turned out.People tell me not to it won't grow back maybe.I am not shore what to do.

Depends on the type, sometimes they can just save a small section but if it is a major surgey, then full head shaving is in order.

in case you opt to, you should. it would be a brilliant message and to no longer be wierd or something, yet i'm in the "usual" team, and that i wouldn't in any respect be waiting to shave my head. I dont care what human beings think of of me, yet my hair is the single issue i like approximately myself. If a chum of mine shaved her head i might sense so stimulated!

yes they shave it depending on the area it might be a small bit ask the doctor if your worried besides its just hair it will grow back

They normally have to shave your whole head. My friends mom had it done and they had to shave her head.
