im going crazy right now i have the worst cramps ever and nothing is helping me my hands are so shaky i cant write im crying hystericaly does any body know what to do to help me im serious im gonna kill myself

Mamacita Call The Hospital I Had That Pain Before When I Was 13 And I Found Out I Had My Pendix Bursted Or Prolly If U Got Ur Period But Go To Da Hospital ASAP Dont Wait Too Late....

Take Ibuprofen (this is best because it inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which causes cramps), and get in a warm bath if you can. Also, use a heating pad. If you are still having severe pain, call the doctor immediately or go to the ER.

Take a deep breath...calm down...think of the person you can trust the most and go talk to them. Whether it is a friend, parent, sibiling...whatever. take a hot bath....im not sure if this will help your condition but i take motrin for my cramps. sry you are feeling this way...i get really bad cramps that sometimes i feel like i'm going to barf! r ur parents home? maybe you should go to the emergency room.......don't kill yourself..cramps usuall go away for a littlw while. you might just need some rest. feel better soon:)

Well mamacita if it helps i'v had bad cramps to but my docter told me theat because where young that happends but go to the docter and see what they tell u k! But u can drink so pain pills to make it fell beter!

darling take something called arcedol it is a pain killer talk to someone go see the doctor if it that bad and for future period to prevent the pain take anticipatory you know the pills that prevent you from getting pregnant they lower the pain and they regulate your period plus they protect you just in case

Take some heavy pain medication and then take a nap. Also if you are wearing a tampon, take it out and wear a pad.

did u have ur period yet? you might have it soon. cramps usually r the first sign. if not, see a doctor.
