generally, your boss knows what ur doing. when one says he is smart enough to steal moments, he is not true. Its like a thief who closes his own eyes and thinks no one sees me.
In fact, boss knows what u r doing and allows u to do that.
As he knows that he was also doing this at times when he was
you (means in designation, exceptions are excluded). Plus and more important, he knows that once employee is done the fun part, he will get back to work and finish the stuff. This is what i have seen, felt and heard. Basically its important to give space.
