We have been denied our 100% refund from our Volvo Penta extended warranty.

They must have a reason/excuse. You have the right to recieve a written denial that details the reasons why you aren't covered. Whatever they say, check your contract for it.

You need to be more specific. If there is a clause stating 100% refund then you should be entitled unless you used the warranty even for roadside assistance. That would make it void. However, if you just purchased the warranty and you are just wanting to cancel, you should receive your full refund less the processing fee.
